S.O.S COLOUR SPECIAL!!!
Ah, Same Old Story, My first true love. I hope to do a lot more with them online soon. And the OGN's script Steven and I are working on is approaching the end of the tunnel. Not to mention they'll be showing up in a few new short stories as well in time for Mega Con next year.
We've gotten a mixture of really positive reviews and really tepid ones on this series, and I can't say I'm all that surprised. It's one of those things you'll either really be into, or really bored by.
Not to mention it very rhythm based, I've picked certain issues up at times and they just did not click with me; three weeks later I reread them and they work fine.
I wish my art was better for pretty much everything I've done so far on it. I can't tell you how many times I've killed a really good joke Steve came up with by bad timing, composition and draftsmanship.
But I love the characters and the story,a few other people do too and I'm pretty proud of that.
